For Fundraisers:
1. Register and sign in for free membership under Fundraiser.
2. Submit and Upload your project to any of the categories or multiple categories: Health/Fitness/Beauty, Marketplace/Ecommerce, Educational/Consulting, Gaming/Entertainment, Design/Marketing, Travel/leisure/food, Tools/Resources. Go to the category and click on “Add Project”. (You have full control over your own project. Any time you want to make a change just go to the dashboard. In the dashboard you can also add your own keywords, metatags, descriptions…etc.)
3. Once you upload your project, it automatically expires after 3 months. You get however much you raised during that 3 months. You may delete your project anytime before 3 months, and you may resubmit your project after 3 months’ expiration.
3. Get verified (Optional, but they give you much higher chance to gain funders’ trusts, the more verification you get the more the trusts. When you registered and paid through Paypal and Google Pay, they verify that you have a real account with a real company, NOT a scammer.)
4. Get noticed and featured on the homepage at $5/day. (Optional)
5. Write a blog-your other chance to shine through above all others! The more you write, the more you get found by search engines. (Optional)
6. Promote your project on other social media sites by clicking the social share buttons both in your project section and blog section. (Optional)
7. Get your friends and family to “like” your project. The more “likes” you get, the more buzz you create. (Optional)
8. We require that you raise a Minimum $100. Note that your file will automatically expire after 3 months from the date of your posting. And whatever amount you raised in that 3 months period, a 1%-5% closing fee to Gazillionfund applies. You may reload your project anytime after it expires.
***$300-$200,000 5%, $300,000-$800,000 4%, $900,000-$2M 3%, $3M-$5M 2%, + $6M 1%.
9. You’re responsible for all the rewards and legal documents for closing with the funders.
10. You will receive a notification on the 1st of each month on how much fund you’ve raised and from whom; you are free to pull out your project anytime before the 3 months expiration date and take whatever you’ve raised.
11. 12. YOU ARE A COMPANY THAT CHARGES SERVICE/MEMBERSHIP/PRODUCT FEES and REWARD FUNDERS by giving out free services/membership/products (Recommendation: Do the amount and duration in tiers based on the amount Funder’s put in.). WARNING: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OFFER AND SALE OF OWNERSHIP OR SECURITIES – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, STOCK, OPTIONS, CONVERTIBLE DEBT, REVENUE/PROFIT SHARING, WARRANTS AND OTHER SIMILAR INSTRUMENTS of your company on Gazillionfund’s platform (An investor may contact you directly outside of Gazillionfund’s platform, in that case Gazillionfund takes no compensations, obligations, or liabilities when activities occur outside of Gazillionfund).
Project Guidelines: All projects must meet the guidelines to launch, so please read them carefully. Gazillionfund is a funding platform. Projects violating these guidelines will not be allowed to launch.
- Funding for projects and companies only.A project has a clear goal and business plan. A project will eventually be completed, and something will be produced by it. A project is not open-ended.
- Projects must fit Gazillionfund’s categories.
- Prohibited uses:
- No charity, cause or personal life funding.
- Prohibited content such as profanity and nudity.
- Gazillionfund reserves the right to reject any project.

For Funders:
1. Browse through the projects and cherry pick the project(s) you want to fund.
2. Sign up for free membership under Funders.
3. Contact the bank officer to put in your investment. IMPORTANT: At the time of submitting your fund, please specify the name of the Project or the Company.
4. Notify Gazillionfund the amount you’re putting in and for which project by going to Funder’s Page and click on “Contact to Fund”. Minimum is $100.
5. Sign off all the legal documents directly with the company you’re funding.
6. You are free to contact companies directly and make deals outside of Gazillionfund, but Gazillionfund takes no compensations, responsibilities, or liabilities when activities occur outside of Gazillionfund.

What Gazillionfund DO and DON’T DO:
1. We don’t provide any Investment Advise.
2. We don’t provide any Legal Advise.
3. We don’t allow ownership and/or securities offerings on our platform.
4. We don’t provide paper works between funders and fundseekers.
5. We are committed to donate 10% of our net profit to orphanages and educations worldwide in hope of building a better future for our next generation.
